If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money back guarantee, please contact us at support@nolavro.com.
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request.
If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
We are confident that our products work and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days so you can experience the full benefits of Nolavro.
If you are still not satisfied, you may return your item after 14 days and within 60 days of your purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We take care to ensure all products are packaged properly. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.
Packaging damage (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@nolavro.com and include a clear photo of the damage.
We will review your case and determine if you are eligible for a free replacement. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Nolavro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
